HRLite Version
The HRLite version creates a system for core HR functions such as tracking, notifications, announcements, scheduled events, and employee documentation.

Enterprise Version
The Enterprise version builds on the core features, adding performance management, benefit enrollment, compensation, interactive employee self-service, expanded manager actions and marketplace add-ons (e.g. recruiting and LOA management).
